Good Day Everyone,

I hope everyone is behaving (well, as best as you can) and staying healthy and happy.

I will start today with myself and the report from my doctor on my progress with PMR.  He was excited to see that my blood count for the inflammation had dropped another 2 points.  He felt that I could now try dropping the amount of Predisone from 4 mg. to 2 mg. and see how I would do at that rate.  WELL ! ,  I told him I reduced my medication to 2 mg. right after the last visit 6 weeks ago and that the experimental medication he prescribed, I had stopped it also at the same time.  He was very surprised to hear I had been on that low of a dose for the past 6 weeks with only a few days where I had to increase it for pain.

I told him I had started taking Serrapeptase about 3 months ago and I felt it had a major impact on the drop in my blood count because prior to starting the Serrapeptase enzyme, I had varying blood counts that only changed a point one way or the other and never stayed low for any period of time.  Being a Doctor, I did not get a real reaction to using a supplement that was as effective on PMR as this was.  As I have said before, these are my results of taking the enzyme, others may have better or less results but I am pleased that I found it and can positively recommend it to others to at least try.

Another side improvement that I have noticed, is that when you are taking a Steroid medication, one of the side effects is increased weight.  Since I was diagnosed with PMR and starting taking a Steroid, I have gained weight.  Each of the past visits to the doctor since I started taking Serrapeptase, I have steadily lost weight.  It is not much but if you consider that when you are losing 1 to 3 pounds every six weeks and are doing no other changes to your lifestyle, Something has helped and my guess is again, Serrapeptase !   Reduce the steroid because of the enzyme and you reduce the side effects !

Larry is recovering very quickly, I do not want to say it has anything to do with him taking Serrapeptase, but his doctor is very pleased with where he is in respect to many of his other patients, both older and younger.  Knowing Larry, he is going to move forward no matter what but it will be interesting to see what the doctor has to say in June at Larry's 3 month checkup.  I believe that with Larry taking the enzyme both prior to and after surgery, that the scarring at the multiple (10) sites may be less raised and hard if the scar tissue is being removed by the enzyme.   Time will tell !

Wanda, my sister, called the other day and is ordering more Serrapeptase because she feels it has really helped in several areas of her body.  We have not really talked lately about the differences and why she feels it is helping but I will before my next blog.

I don't push what I do not believe in but this is one that I recommend you at least read some of the articles on the article page on this website and then click on the banner at the bottom of most pages to go to my store.  Look on the left and there are many conditions and diseases that they list and what supplement may be helpful to that particular condition.

Remember, a good and healthy lifestyle is always better than supplementing a bad lifestyle, but with the prepared foods, chemicals and stress of our everyday life, sometimes we need some help.  There is help available without some of the medical chemicals that treat certain symptoms, try natural supplements designed for specific situations and conditions, they may help.

Tell next time,

Good Health and Happiness to all !

There is a time when the obvious becomes apparent.  I have been using Serrapeptase for a little over 2 months and the pain in my foot has dramatically improved, the area that was hard tissue, is reducing in size and the reduction of the steroids for PMR is working.

You have no idea how wonderful these improvements are!  I will be doing my next blood test for the PMR next week and the doctors visit on May 5.  If the results of the blood test show less infection and an improvement in my overall status, I may just happen to have a bottle of SerraPlus+ in my purse to show the doctor.  He has no idea that I am using a supplement that may be helping my symptoms.

Let me say at this time, I am not recommending that you take any supplement without talking with your doctor, but I was using it for my foot and really did not think it would be this effective on my PMR.  After suffering with PMR for so long and knowing that there were no known side affects with Serrapeptase, it never seemed to direct my thoughts on the changes to my PMR.  My next report after having seen my doctor will be an interesting one.

Larry is a little over a month into his recovery from back surgery and the recovery is moving forward very smoothly.  He has his next appointment on Tuesday and if the improvement continues, he should get a great review by the doctor.  Larry is also taking Serrapeptase to aid in the reduction of scar tissue from this and other surgeries in the past.  The surgery sites from this surgery, which are many (10) are looking great.  Let’s see what the Doc thinks!

My sister Wanda is also taking serrapeptase and unfortunately has several different problems, some which have yet to be diagnosed because of no insurance and too proud to ask for assistance.  We are very concerned for her health but will continue to pray for her health.  She is continuing to have improved mobility because of the reduced pain in her legs.  The knots that she has in her legs are still there but may be reducing in size.  At least at this time, she is able to go to work, shopping and just be mobile with less pain.

All in All,  thanks to Serrapeptase, we are still moving in a very positive direction.

If you click on the box near the bottom at each page, it will take you to my company store.  I would like to recommend that you check out this and many of the other products that are available.  There is a section listing many of the different problems (illnesses) that you, your family or friends may have, make sure to read the information on each situation.  I feel you can work towards a Healthier future with the right supplement and a positive attitude.

GREAT HEALTH LEADS TO A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!

Hello Everyone,

It is important that I remind myself and all of you, the results I am having and sharing with you are true and accurate but they are my results.  Not everyone has the same health problems and may not receive the same results.  I am hopeful my results will continue to improve.

OK, on to the results at hand (strike that) FOOT!  I am continuing to see improved results as on the 3rd.  I still massage my foot each morning but the mass that is between the bones, has started to get smaller and certainly less painful.  I am able to work each day and suffer less through-out the day.  It is still painful but nothing like it had been for sooooo many months.

My sister is also still having improvements in her walking with reduced pain.  She has other health situations that she thinks may also show some changes but we will discuss that later.

I mentioned that I also suffer from PMR (Polymyalgia rheumatica) and take both a steroid medication (Predisone) for the pain and a medication (test med.) to offset the effects on the body caused by Predisone.  When you look up the side effects of each medication, there are not too many things to feel positive about other than the relief from the excruciating pain.  I can only hope that the PMR will end soon.  This condition, PMR, can start without cause and can end the same way.  It unfortunately can also drag on for many years.

I have noticed that the typical symptoms I have from the PMR are less than normal.  I have not decided whether “Serrapeptase” enzyme is helping these symptoms yet but I am keeping the changes in mind.  I still find that at times my back spasms and it is very painful.  I forget that it could be one of the problems of PMR.  It appears it must be because if I take additional Predisone for the PMR, it helps relieve the back pain, where other pain relievers do not help.  There are many different areas that the PMR touches and trying to decide what the cause of the pain is, becomes sometimes a real guessing game.  I don’t want to take something for the PMR because of the damage it causes but after suffering, I will try the medication for the PMR and unfortunately, most of the time, the pain is caused by the PMR.

Positive Thoughts lead to Positive Actions!!   I am positive I am getting some relief with “Serrapeptase”.  Time will tell, how much!!

Good Day!  It’s Wednesday

I am hoping that I am not just imagining things, but I have started to notice a change in the pain in my foot.  The change is so gradual that unless you really think about it, you start having less discomfort but don’t pay attention to it.  THEN all of a sudden, “IT FEELS BETTER”.  This is the first time in many months that I can honestly say that I hurt but am not having the incredible pain and throbbing that I normally have.

I talked with my sister, Wanda that lives in Tennessee this evening and I told her how much better my foot felt and GUESS WHAT?   She has been taking “Serrapeptase” for just a couple of days less that I have and her story is just as remarkable.  She has for many years had problems with her legs and it is very painful for her to walk anywhere.  She came to visit two months ago and stayed in our RV trailer in the back yard.  It was all she could do to get up and down the 3 stairs into our trailer.

She went shopping at WalMart a couple of days ago and after walking all over the store, realized that she was not in as much pain as every other time she went shopping.  After she came home, her laundry is downstairs and she told me not only had she gone shopping but was able to do her laundry, going up and down the stairs.  ALL IN THE SAME DAY!

It appears we both are suffering from the same problem.  THINKING THAT “SERRAPEPTASE” REALLY WORKS!

We will wait till my next visit with you here to see if it is in our heads or this “Miracle Enzyme” is really a Miracle.

3/1/2010

Good Morning.

I have been taking Serrapeptase for 8 days and cannot tell you of any exciting changes yet.  I am working like I normally do, 5 days a week and still have the same pain in my foot.  I massage it every morning before I go to work but it is very painful to walk and I do not get any relief.  By the end of the day, I am in great pain and really look forward to going home and putting my feet up.  Raising my foot, does not relieve the pain but at least there is no pressure creating additional pain.

I have PMR (Polymyalgia rheumatica) which is a very painful inflammatory disease characterized by pain and stiffness in the muscles in and around the neck, shoulders and hips.  The inflammation that characterizes PMR is the result of white blood cells attacking the synovium (lining of the joints). The most commonly prescribed medications for PMR are corticosteroids (Predisone).  Unfortunately, steroids are not a medicine that anyone wants to take for very long.  There are some very ugly side effects and damage to the body.

Serrapeptase has indicated that it could have some positive improvements in inflammation in the body.  I will track any changes in the PMR but for now, lets follow the changes in my foot.
