Good Day Everyone,

I hope everyone is behaving (well, as best as you can) and staying healthy and happy.

I will start today with myself and the report from my doctor on my progress with PMR.  He was excited to see that my blood count for the inflammation had dropped another 2 points.  He felt that I could now try dropping the amount of Predisone from 4 mg. to 2 mg. and see how I would do at that rate.  WELL ! ,  I told him I reduced my medication to 2 mg. right after the last visit 6 weeks ago and that the experimental medication he prescribed, I had stopped it also at the same time.  He was very surprised to hear I had been on that low of a dose for the past 6 weeks with only a few days where I had to increase it for pain.

I told him I had started taking Serrapeptase about 3 months ago and I felt it had a major impact on the drop in my blood count because prior to starting the Serrapeptase enzyme, I had varying blood counts that only changed a point one way or the other and never stayed low for any period of time.  Being a Doctor, I did not get a real reaction to using a supplement that was as effective on PMR as this was.  As I have said before, these are my results of taking the enzyme, others may have better or less results but I am pleased that I found it and can positively recommend it to others to at least try.

Another side improvement that I have noticed, is that when you are taking a Steroid medication, one of the side effects is increased weight.  Since I was diagnosed with PMR and starting taking a Steroid, I have gained weight.  Each of the past visits to the doctor since I started taking Serrapeptase, I have steadily lost weight.  It is not much but if you consider that when you are losing 1 to 3 pounds every six weeks and are doing no other changes to your lifestyle, Something has helped and my guess is again, Serrapeptase !   Reduce the steroid because of the enzyme and you reduce the side effects !

Larry is recovering very quickly, I do not want to say it has anything to do with him taking Serrapeptase, but his doctor is very pleased with where he is in respect to many of his other patients, both older and younger.  Knowing Larry, he is going to move forward no matter what but it will be interesting to see what the doctor has to say in June at Larry's 3 month checkup.  I believe that with Larry taking the enzyme both prior to and after surgery, that the scarring at the multiple (10) sites may be less raised and hard if the scar tissue is being removed by the enzyme.   Time will tell !

Wanda, my sister, called the other day and is ordering more Serrapeptase because she feels it has really helped in several areas of her body.  We have not really talked lately about the differences and why she feels it is helping but I will before my next blog.

I don't push what I do not believe in but this is one that I recommend you at least read some of the articles on the article page on this website and then click on the banner at the bottom of most pages to go to my store.  Look on the left and there are many conditions and diseases that they list and what supplement may be helpful to that particular condition.

Remember, a good and healthy lifestyle is always better than supplementing a bad lifestyle, but with the prepared foods, chemicals and stress of our everyday life, sometimes we need some help.  There is help available without some of the medical chemicals that treat certain symptoms, try natural supplements designed for specific situations and conditions, they may help.

Tell next time,

Good Health and Happiness to all !
Diana
